At the time I am writing this review, Jamboree Management has a deservedly-low score of two stars on Yelp. If that is not enough to dissuade you from patronizing their company, then I want prospective land owners and tenants alike to know just how bad this company really is. Make no mistake that this company will do its best to erode your professional and personal reputation if you choose to do business with them.

In all of the basic matters, such as property maintenance, Jamboree Management upholds their lease agreements, which is refreshing. However, they do not hold their unprofessional workers to any common, decent standards of conduct. This is where your valuable reputation will begin to be eroded by your association with them.

Confidential matters such as conversations held about tenants, their lease, and their professional goings-on are regularly leaked to the communities they manage by their workers. Such leaks are frequent, purposeful, and malicious; the communities they intimidate in this manner are scared to speak out about it due to fear of their proven retaliations. Even as I write this confidently I am worried there could be more retaliation against our community.

Currently it is Jeremy, the regional manager, who oversees our office here at Moss Creek, and I'm thankful he chooses avoidance and neglect over direct aggression that we've all seen from Jamboree Management in the past. Prospective tenants and land owners deserve to know that neglect and direct aggression are common tools in Jamboree Management's bag, though. Unless you want your long-term reputation and comfortability to be slowly eroded, pick a company with better morals, values, and public actions.

Choose to work with a company who will value your community's wellbeing over saving face, because this one can barely manage to maintain its own reputation.

Insanely rude management team. They’ve gone through 3 site supervisors in 2 months and it’s no wonder why, I’m sure they treat their staff worse than their tenants.

They will routinely ignore phone calls. When interacting with them, they are consistently rude. They only care about money and do nothing to invest in quality tenants.

I can’t wait to take my business elsewhere. Never dealt with an apartment management company as terrible as this one. They do not care about anybody. Unprofessional and soul less people.

Edit: Can you imagine the gall of a company owner, coming online to respond to a review, and basically threaten that they know who you are?

Thats exactly what you get with Jamboree management. Let me tell you a few stories of why you should never lease here.

We had a broken water heater for over a year. It was so loud, it was keeping us up at night. Jamboree management owners, refused to replace it. It was not until I got neighbors to sign a complaint, and that I finally got one of the SEVERAL apartment managers we’ve had to finally admit the noise was beyond normal noise levels that it was finally replaced.

Or how about the time when COVID started to peak, and Jamboree management felt it fit to leave a note on our doors reminding us to pay rent. No empathy for what people were going through, just a demand to pay rent in time “or else”.

Or how about the time I was given instructions on where to park during construction, and parked in the correct location, but I was blocked in anyway?

When I brought it to their attention, I was told I was misinformed and that I parked in the wrong location , even when I showed them proof that the information they gave me showed me that parking area was available and would not be blocked in. Instead of admitting their mistake they ignored me, until I walked into the office, showed them the details of where I was told to park, and asked them to retract their statement? Which they did …

Two days we went without electricity and we were forced to get a hotel in our own dime because the maintenance man went to the wrong building to reset the electricity? Or the other times we had to stay at hotels so they could fix issues with the apartment that were no fault of our own?

But my favorite story, is how my rent started at $1800 and rose to almost $2600 the 3 years I lived there. When I asked the owner Terry why she kept raising rent, her answer was, and I quote, “Because I can”.

Keep in mind, my last landlord only raised my rent once in 4 years, and only %1.5. When they did they had a multiple page explanation of all the upgrades they made to justify raising the rent. Jamboree does it “because they can”.

So … you know who this is, but I know you too. And you were a terrible landlord, and you treated us awfully, even though we paid our rent on time everytime, you showed us nothing but contempt.

The things you put us through as tenants, you would never accept yourself. You would never have put up with that water heater banging so loudly it woke us up from a dead sleep nightly. You have no empathy, and you are cruel.

We are so glad we are gone. The fact that you came on here and responded just because you knew you could harrass us is astounding. I’ve noticed you haven’t responded to other negative reviews. Only when you knew you could pin point who the person was did you make it a point to victimize yourself, as if the turn over in management at Trask Apartments is simply due to someone losing a family member.

You’re losing managers because people don’t want to work for an awful company.

We have moved to a gorgeous complex with a landlord who gave us a discount for signing a longer lease, and a landlord who is so dedicated to making our stay wonderful, that they won’t let a problem sit for ONE DAY. Even if I insist it’s not urgent, he still makes sure everything is taken care of immediately.

Thank God we’ve found a decent human being as our landlord again.

Goodbye and good riddance. We decided to take our money elsewhere … “because we can”.

I have had the pleasure of working for Jamboree for over 4 years, throughout my time here I’ve worked under Ed Rash and Jeremy Metz. Jeremey is always pushing you to be the absolute best you can be, shows excellent leadership skills and always making improvements where needed.

Everyone in the office is consistent, attentive, helpful and always a delight to speak with. I have worked for other management company aside from Jamboree and in comparison Jamboree truly values their employees the properties they manage and most importantly their tenants!

I moved into Madison Newport right as Jamboree took over, things are much more organized, clean and the team is very responsive. Staff is friendly, wears masks to keep everyone safe. They have handled covid concerns well and communicated to residents well throughout such strange times.

Jamboree property mgmt has been very professional with the dealings I ha r had so far. They manage a lot of high end properties around the Orange County area and are very responsive to any requests as well. Jeremy and Eron run a tight ship and are very attentive to requests made. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

I have lived at 1 of their properties for almost 3 years and I could not believe how Important they made me feel. I lived at probably their cheapest apartment complex and I had called because of recent break ins of my neighbors cars that were going on and Jeremy the VP immediately implemented more security patrols and other tactics. I was shocked that from only my 1 phone call he immediately took action. What a great company that actually listens and is genuinely concerned. Thank you for you care of your tenants.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I applied at their property named the Regency Plaza Apartment Homes in Anaheim, CA with a Section 8 voucher. Their leasing agents there, Perlita & Sandra, failed to mention to me that a 550 min. credit score was mandatory. So although I met all of the other requirements, I was declined tenancy. Also, they listed my income wrong on their report to Core Logic who they rely on for "objective rental data." Bottom line is: if you are a Section 8 applicant at one of their properties when availability of units are low, then you will be discriminated against and lose out to a non-subsidized applicant. But, of course, they took my $25 application fee & ran with it. As a result, I will be filing a complaint with the DFEH for fair housing discrimination.
