I had a great experience with Jon as my property manager at a condo I rented in Manhattan Beach. He was always friendly, responsive and attentive to any maintenance requests, ensuring issues were resolved quickly. For example, when we moved in, our washing machine was having issues and he was swift to have someone out to address them - a quicker responder than any other place I’ve lived! His communication was clear and professional, from move-in to move-out, and I appreciated his dedication to making my living experience comfortable and hassle-free. Jon Grogan/JAMBI was a big help with managing and then selling our rental property, a larger single-family residence. Unfailingly pleasant and happy to pitch in, Jon and his support team kept our property in good shape for several years, assisted us with a lengthy eviction, and then helped prepare the home for sale. And in an uncertain market for homes like ours, he found buyers and closed the deal. Personally, Jon is calm, cool and collected -- an easygoing professional who does his best to keep everyone happy.
