Buying a car from Monmouth Jaguar was a great experience for me. I have never bought a car unseen and without driving it. Christian Melendez was wonderful to work with. I have had many cars and have been to many service depts. I have never felt so good about leaving my car with a service dept like Jaguar 🐆. They are the nicest staff you could ever meet. I needed a sensor put in and instead of me having to pay for it they informed me it was under warranty and they even cleaned my car 🤣. Oh they even went out of their way to drive my wife and I the get breakfast while we waited. They came back to pick us up when it was done. They are better than 5 Stars . Thank you so much .

A couple of months ago we went looking for a crossover unsure of which we wanted to get, the Range Rover or the Jaguar. Christian M came out to greet us right away. He was very easy to talk to, answering all of our questions. I test drove multiple cars and he was very patient with me as I was undecided. Ultimately we went for the Jaguar F-Pace super sport. It is beautiful! It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. Fast forward to last week we came back looking for a new car. Christian again was so helpful, working with his manager to get a good deal on my trade in. I would highly reccomend Christian and this dealership to anyone. Great communication from Danielle Schmidt, my service advisor. She kept me informed of how my service was progressing and she went out of her way to contact a third party vendor to get my wheel repair expedited. Excellent experience.
