I cannot recommend using Jacob enough!!!

He was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. This was my first home purchase, and Jacob really took the time to explain all the steps of the process (multiple times when needed) to ensure that I knew and was comfortable with what was going on. He even had summation graphics that were easy to follow and a great resource.

We were able to secure our house pretty fast and efficiently using Jacob and his team of recommended experts. We closed within 30 days and have been happily loving in the home for over 6 months.

Even post purchase, Jacob has remained in contact to see how things are going. He has invested in technology that keeps us updated with the price of our home and the status of the market. This has helped me better understand my pie home as well as trends to be aware of for the future. Best part, it’s just an email once in a while that I can digest on my own time and when I’m ready.
