I did not know Jackson before working with him. I contacted him from a list on Zillow. I was not ready to start looking for a home at that time, but he was great about following up with me every few weeks, so when I was ready, I decided to give him a try. He was very personable and understood what I was looking for in a home and respected my price range. He taught me how to use the MLS to build an initial list of prospects. When it came time to look at the homes in person, he was able to schedule appointments for every home on my list. He devoted his entire attention on me at this time. When it came time to submit an offer, negotiations went very well. I was able to get the home I wanted under asking price. I took all of his recommendations for title agency and inspection. Typically buying a home is a very stressful process, but I enjoyed all of it. He was there every step of the way, all the way through closing. Overall, I got the house I wanted, at the price I wanted, and would definitely recommend Jackson to others.

It was a joy to work with Jackson. He was really helpful to me selling my parents home because I am out of state. He help me take care of items around the house and hiring people to take care of those things. He was quick to be able to offer doc you sign so that I didn’t need to come back to the house or Arizona to complete paperwork. He communicated regularly on the status of showings and interest, and the sell of the house happened in a timely manner for the market at this time.

I had a very negative experience on the buyer side of a transaction where Jackson was the listing agent. In an unexpected turn of events during escrow, my personal information was released to the sellers after all contingencies had expired. I was advised of this with a data breach letter and 36 hours after, several credit cards were consecutively opened under my name with the information I provided during escrow. We had already sent the list of items to repair to the sellers at this point and we advised Jackson that given the developments, I was extremely uncomfortable with proceeding with the transaction. Jackson was not sympathetic and somewhat demeaning in the emails in the subsequent effort to strongarm us into the transaction, implying I was making a big deal out of nothing and was demanding with the repair list , which I offered more than once to not do as I was looking to exit the transaction. The repairs requested from the inspection list were subsequently completed in full to hold us in the contract(very unusual in a real estate transaction) and we were labeled as nit picky for pointing out some of things were still not properly addressed. We did not even receive a full set of keys at close. I am posting anonymously given the recent developments as I have safety concerns and doubts about the parties in the transaction. Terrible experience and would not recommend this agency.
