I m a 66 year veteran and like many during the pandemic went thru a dark time I have lived here for 2 years and the property manager with its support staff have been kind to me and others, like when i forgot to pay rent; it’s been a healing process and they have been wonderful to us I m ever grateful to them

I'm only posting 1 star bc i have no other option! I called this leasing office to inquire about housing and this woman was extremely rude and incompetent. She gave short answers with the sound of annoyance in her tone. I asked her what was wrong and why the attitude bc I'm im only trying to gather some information. She said "bc I AM SICK, now do you need me to answer anymore questions!"
I work at a local senior center and I just can't believe this building that houses seniors has such poor ill-mannered employees working for them. Its a shame bc I'm sure she treats and talks to the seniors the same way ! I really hope management takes the time to due inventory with their staff.

Call the number from emal i receive the first thing the women said is i donot qualified i gus she seen my name from caller i.d.it brack my heat to see this behavior is still alive after all these years. i ask myself what have we done for people to hate black people so much it sad it make tears come to my eye as i text this
