I was looking for a rental and was in a hurry to find something (I only had 3 weeks). Jenny was quick to respond to my calls and I was able to secure a new home in time. The process of renting a home is daunting, but Jenny made it easy.

I lived in the house for three years and recently moved out. During the time I was there, Jenny was always professional and easy to get a hold of for any needed repairs or questions. I felt very comfortable working with her and definitely recommend her as a property manager or realtor.

We rented a property through J&R Realty for 2 years and our experience was the best hands down we have experienced while being renters! Jenny is great with communication and was on top of anything that needed attention. When we moved in she was there to walk through every square inch of the house with us to note anything down that needed attention and used those same notes at move out which made the whole process so painless that we were able to quickly get our deposit back. In the past we had another property managment company that was very dishonest and horrible with communication, so working with this company was an absolute pleasure!! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

She was amazing! Listed our house and 8 hours later we accepted an offer! Handled the purchase of the new house and we didn’t have to worry about anything. She took care of every little detail and made it completely stress free, even in the middle of a shut down. I definitely would recommend!!

Jennifer refused to send me a rental application even though I spoke to her twice and asked her yet again through text message. I would love to know on what grounds you would discriminate against me that you didn’t believe I deserved the chance to at the least fill out an application.

Very unprofessional and rude tried to look at house that she had listed . For about 3 weeks talked to her on phone and was really rude. I would never allow my step mother even to do business with this woman. Never called back to talk about anything she took video poor quality video. Never showed bathrooms.
