Julia and her team have been BY FAR, the most amazing and responsive property management company I’ve ever worked with. From pre-move in to post move out, she went above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues that arose, always making me feel valued and cared for…and that is so incredibly rare in my many years of renting. If not for a major life change, I would have stayed many more years in that property because of the peace of mind I received from, and ease of working with Julia. Julia was an amazing landlord. I had to move out mid lease due to personal reasons and she was reasonable and worked with me. I got my deposit back and it was an easy process because of her. Whenever something was broken or needed fixing someone was out in a day or two and I was always in the loop. Jproperties is amazing and I definitely recommend.
