Our HOA tried to work with J&N, but ultimately had to let them go. We had a couple different managers. Alex was mostly MIA and Jasmine would write insulting emails taking shots at individual board members. Not the level of professionalism you’d expect from a bartender let alone some in charge of your property values.

I had a leak in my bonus room that originated from the common area. I contacted the J&N emergency line, but Thomas got back to me two days later and informed me that a leak is not considered an emergency. I advise against working with this property management company if you are seeking one.

This management company does virtually nothing to communicate issues, resolve violation matters, and respond to emails. They have no phone number that is active and when I send questions, I have to get angry in order to get a decent response. Do not use this company for your HOA.

When they answer the phone they state they can't do anything or get hold of the representative Thomas Karo. Ridiculous. They charge money but provide virtually no service. The owner Julius Nagy is extremely dishonest asking for $S250 for two or three xerox copies in violation of law. After the judge told the HOA that was not legitimate and ruled against them, he asked for $500 for a few copies and did not even guarantee he would get them. They charged $1500 to cut down a small tree that was worth $100 at most. Incorrigible fraudsters. When the light sensor went out they did not manage to get an electrician to repair it for three months despite emails, phone calls. Nobody was home. When they hold meetings remotely they use a different app every time and when you try to find out how to get on there is no one at home including Thomas Kara the one assigned to our units.
They also lost their Better Business accreditation for repeat offenses. You cannot find out what is happening with their service because they don't know or are out to wherever.

I have been living in a community managed by J&N Realty since 2020.
This company is completely hands off and fails at management.
Barry, who is our condo associations contact, does not answer emails, and we are told NOT to call and that email is the only way to guarantee a response from him or other management.

I've had a broken gate for the last 3 years, (which is the responsibility of management to fix) and have tried contacting them multiple times and my emails are repeatedly ignored by Barry.

In my investment experience, this is the worst property mgmt company- very hard to communicate, hard to get hold of, you get response back in time if you are lucky, other times they ignore you, gives you constant run around, keep passing you around to new person, still no result, absolutely shady way of property managing.
According to online 1+1 units sold in my condominium, I'm always paying way above what monthly dues are for same Exact unit. It absolutely makes no sense. I did some online digging around, it looks like there's 10 different unit sizes in my condominium. I asked them on multiple occasions within last Many years to release what Unit size goes with what Unit HOA monthly dues. They refuse to release this information to me. I would think your HOA management should have this simple information open to All condo owners with transparency. Shady business. Their business practice is very questionable.

J & N realty property Management is the worst property management company.
They never answered the phone calls, or emails. They don't do anything for our property we're trying to change them.

J and N's Barry Atmajian is the person we homeowners reach out to with questions and issues about our property, and about our condo community at large.
Barry is outstanding at responding to inquiries promptly, and providing both information, and solutions to address these issues thoroughly.
Most recently, I reported to Barry that I had some ceiling damage, and he immediately had John -- our AMAZING onsite Manager -- investigate it. John repaired the ceiling damage expertly within a week, and now the ceiling is perfect -- like new.
When something needs to be done, Barry Atmajian makes it happen. I am so grateful to have him to reach out to.
