Slum LORDS THAT ARE NOT FOR THE TENANTS HEALTH SAFETY NOR WELLBEING!!! Lived in their ONLY property from 9/2018-12/2023. Plumbing,, Electrical, SEWAGE AMONGST WINDOWS STILL HAVE WEIGHTS FROM THE 60s that doesn’t work, sewage backs up every other month, during the Covid-19 I applied for assistance from DCA and workers fraudulently created a new account for the funds to be reverted but luckily I was able to catch it report them. Owner leave everything up to property manager who has never seen nor visited the lone property while owner is miles away living great off the hard work of tenants who are trying to keep a roof over their heads. Pictures will come soon. RAISE RENT, KEEP DEPOSIT AND TRIED TO STEAL FROM THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT RIGHT!!! Don’t rent nothing especially FOUNDRY STREET FLORENCE NJ
