Hard to get a hold of! I called 3 minutes after the office opened and again later in the morning. Also sent 2 text messages. All within business hours. (9-5) I got a return text at 5:45. Lucky to get a 24 hour notice from them upon entering my place!

Raised rent TWICE during pandemic, ignores emails from tenants.

Do not ever work with this company. I can barely even call it a company. Doesn’t answer maintenance requests, doesn’t follow up on any sort of concerns, the owner doesn’t even live in Minnesota and when she is here, she offers no sort of value at all. If I could give them a zero star rating, 100% would.

Neglectful. Disrespectful. They ignore tenants. They do not respond to complaints or maintenance requests. Will not return calls. If I may suggest, find a management company that cares and takes their tenant's concerns and shows compassion.

I Currently rent an apartment threw J&L,
Its easy to get ahold of them when ever you have questions or need maintenance, and they are polite and very friendly!
