Apartments are out dated appliances barely function and when they break they will continue to lim them along instead of replacing them. Tenants pay electricity so naturally all of the old appliances draw a ton of power, not a problem for their bottom line. Massively overpriced for what they offer.

They want you to clean out youre parking spot and push it to the center so the contractor plow company can come get it. If you keep doing that it builds up and people get stuck in the parking lot. They give a 48 hour notice they will come plow but not an exact time frame. I have pictures of how it looks if you clean youre parking spot and them not coming to plow. Even if you spread it out people still get stuck. You cant make people clean out the parking spot and not come plow its a violation. If you want pictures i can post them under the picture section.
