I have rented from j Brittain since 2016. All was great for the first few years. In 2021 I started getting sick. Really sick. I complained and complained once I noticed black mold growing in my home. I was gaslit and told it wasn't mold. In February 2024 I died 8 times and was brought back thankfully. I had a severe fungal infection in my lungs and was fighting for my life. I got better after 4 weeks of being on and off a ventilator. Went back home and got much worse in 48 hours. I hired mold experts and the same fungus in my lungs was found all through my home. I am recovering the best I can but due to long term damage I may never have the quality of life i had before.

Absolutely horrible human beings. The property management and the owners of their rentals. If it's an apartment, they constantly send loud obnoxious people to look at the places and then blame the tenants that are already living there with the noise. They DO NOT fix a single thing no matter how many times you call and complain/send emails. And if you continue to complain, they want to terminate your lease so they no longer have the responsibility of keeping the place up. Paying your rent and being a decent human isn't good enough for them. They would rather have loud obnoxious people rent from them, that tenants that are quiet and well behaved. Not to mention the amount of mildew/mold that has yet to be resolved and we've been here 6 months. It's one of the sorriest excuses for a rental company I've ever seen.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Messaged with the property manager, Morgan, for at least 2-3 weeks trying to get all these extra info they “needed.” Got approved, got the keys to look at the units we were interested in, paid the application fees, & when I went to turn the keys in Morgan tells me that since she didn’t pay attention to the fact that we have 3 dependents ( all under 4 & I mentioned that to her in the emails back and forth for the 2 weeks prior ) that we can’t move forward with the application process for the 2 bedroom units that we previously got approved for.

Paid $80 for application fees for me and my wife. Would maybe get an email from them every other day asking for more information than previously discussed. It would only be one thing and then next email would be asking another question instead of just being straight forward. I was on a time crunch and needed an answer asap nearly a week later and still nothing after passing the income verification and back ground check they still have yet to let me know 2 other companies have already gave me their decisions. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Pretty much stole my money.

I’ve been here a few times and the food and vibe is always good! The servers are beautiful. The bathroom was very clean and that’s big with bars but this place is very nice. I can’t name 1 thing off the menu that wasn’t good! And they are open till 4am its a plus! Well worth every dollar spent! I live a hr away and the drive doesn’t matter at all? cuz it’s the whole vibe! My last server was Shay! VERY NICE! 10 stars if I could!! This place is for mature crowds! It sets the vibe for conversation! I would love to see more soft chairs. But plz go and check them out!
