Ivy League Realty is a fantastic company! Nothing but top notch service and professionalism. Immediately on day one of taking the property into their care Ivy assured us that she was fully committed to selling our home. Ivy is an absolutely amazing Realtor! She is patient, knowledgeable and conducts herself with integrity. We loved finding our dream home with her it was fun and she didn’t let my husband and I settle for just anything. She brought things to our attention in homes that we wouldn’t have recognized because we were first time homebuyers. She’s also a super hero. Let me explain.
We were with one lender who was practicing predatory lending. They were taking advantage of us, and almost made us lose our home because they didn’t know how to do their jobs. (They wouldn’t approve our loan because of 14000 in student loans that were going to get deferred anyway because my husband is on active duty and our debt to income is only 38%). Ivy recognized this and early on tried to advise us to change lenders. She even gave them a solution to the problem so they could close our loan.
But for whatever reason my husband wanted to stay with this other lender. But when it was clear that we were going to miss our closing day, Ivy put her cape on. (Side note I was emotional and upset and completely removed myself and let my husband handle things) After giving the lender a solution and them still not taking the advice, also our seller was getting antsy and was not open to an extension at this time. Ivy found us an AMAZING lender. Academy Lending powered by Guild Mortgage. Who by the way dropped our interest rate by 2% and got our cash to close down by $4000. She also convinced the seller to give us the extension we needed to close with our new lending team. She cares about people. Because helping us did not help her bottom line, but she did it anyway. (She would have made more money letting us stay with the other lender). Definition of INTEGRITY. I genuinely love Ivy and she is now apart of my family. I’m convinced that Ivy and Kim Arrington and her team over at Academy/Guild Mortgage are earth angels.
There are wonderful people in the world and Ivy D. Sears is one of them!

Ivy sold my house in 30 days and got me a good price. She and her staff were extremely helpful and professional despite any challenges that might have been present. All the processes were clearly explained to me so that I knew exactly what was occurring at all times. The costs were fair. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and will look to Ivy again if I return to Atlanta.

Overall, working with the Ivy team to sell my house was a good experience. After originally listing with another agent for 2 days, Ivy gladly stepped in to help me relist my house. Within 4 days, my house was under contract with a cash offer, a little above asking. The very detailed market analysis performed was extremely helpful. I actually found myself referring to the report throughout the process to determine if price adjustments were necessary in order to meet my objectives. Although there is room for improvement, I would work with them again. Ivy worked hard on my behalf and came through when I needed her most.

If you are looking for an AWESOME realtor choose Ivy. I finally decided to sell my home and one of my clients recommended Ivy. He said " she sold my home in 1 day." I used Ivy to purchase my first home and to sell that very home. The experience was priceless and smooth with the expected hurdles in the present market. The closing for the sell went well and now awaiting the final construction of the new home. Ivy is a professional and dependable but her knowledge and expertise is in a class by itself.
