We had a great experience while living at Ivy Green. Amber (management) and Jerry (maintenance) are so great to work with!! ?
It was a quiet place to live for the most part also.

The only downside that I wished I would’ve been aware of is that the rent will go up every six months. ($50) It did the entire time we lived there. I know that could only be because of inflation etc.

The apartments are well taken care of. They were about to replace the patio doors right before we moved out. The entrance to our apartment made it hard to move furniture inside. So hopefully the new doors helped with that. ? Overall, we had a great experience! ?

This apartment was the place that my fiancé and I called home from 2020-2024. The apartment was clean and maintenance was always there to fix a problem when we needed them to. The apartment complex was in a safe area and we truly felt happy to live in this apartment complex. A big thank you to Amber Sockwell for being a great community manager at the apartment complex too.

Ivy Green at the Shoals is a wonderful place the live. From 2020-2024 it was my fiancé and I's place to call home. We felt safe where we lived and maintenance was always there when we needed them. Amber Sockwell was a great community manager and we truly felt happy living in the apartment complex.

Ivy Green Apartments is a beautiful place to live. The apartments are spacious, and are laid out to accommodate storage and aesthetic appeal. I’ve had very few maintenance issues, but have experienced excellent responses and quick turn-around in resolving them. Amber and her team of friendly staff are always welcoming, and I just ‘feel good’ after interfacing with them. I couldn’t be happier living here.

I lived here from 2022-2024 and I absolutely loved it! Management is wonderful and the maintenance is fast. They always respond to your emails and get things fixed quickly. 100% recommend it for college kids and families <3

Manager is very rude and gets in everyone's business! Sends emails to surrounding properties that has nothing to do with Ivy Green. Upper management needs to take care of the manager doing things as the one they have currently.

Lived here for a year and i have no complaints! Amber the office manager is the absolute best! I really recommend especially if you’re just starting out, it’s a quiet little complex ?
