As an owner, I love iTrip as they do what they commit to in the contract. They keep my property safe and enjoyable for the guests. They were very responsive to my guests and save me a lot of trips to the property for anything from internet to pool issues. Their marketing kept my house rented and money in the bank. Now when it comes to guests, some do not like to read the contract and house rules which can lead to conflict, iTrip has always taken care of business and held guests accountable. I remember one time a guest brought a dog without permission which was against the house rules (guests agree to on all platforms) and there was a fine if the pet rule was violated. It took a couple of months but Airbnb charged the guest for violating the agreed to house rule. So if your looking for a company that will take amazing care of the guests while holding accountable, as well as taking care of all the details for an owner, iTrip is the perfect choice.

We tried to rent a luxury home in Scottsdale for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary in June 2018. Two days before our arrival we were told by email that the washing machine in our rental was broken and that 'the owner was working through his home warranty' and that it would not be fixed. We were on a month-long road trip and needed this particular appliance to work (and for $2700 for 5 days, this should be a given) and also were meeting parents of small children. A washing machine was essential. I called the office to find out what could be done -- a move to another property, an emergency maintenance call, etc. Totally unhelpful. We were not even offered a partial refund for our inconvenience. Instead, we were told we could find somewhere else and get a full refund or deal with it. So, we found another rental last minute, which was obviously not in any way ideal. I would not recommend renting through iTrips Scottsdale. It was very stressful to have to find other accommodation within 24 hours and this would not have been possible if this wasn't the off season.

DO NOT BOOK with ITrip I repeat do not book with iTrip! First let’s start with they false advertise! ——There was NO HOT WATER OUR ENTIRE STAY and they were not willing to reimburse, give a credit or anything it is illegal to provide a rental without hot water! There excuse was we sent a contractor out. The contractor came out and said I fixed it but the hot water will not be fully repaired for another 24 hours! Which means another day with no hot water! So after we went in pool (which wasn’t clean when arrived and also filled with a lot of dead bugs, I have pictures). We took cold showers at night! They still would not give any credit or reimburse anything. If my group knew this home had hot water problems or NO hot water at all we wouldn’t have booked and paid $1000+ dollars for this home. The house host/owner contractor came out for the hot water and said it would take another 24 hours to fully work!
—-when we arrived and already have iTrip and the owners decided to send us messages about their Niehbor we should have been told before spending $1000+ as we we pulled up the Niehbor son was outside, he was real nice and he came to say hi we all spoke and he told us his mom calls the police all the time on the guest that stays at this house (doesn’t have to be loud), she does not want this house to be a airbnb, he also told us that the owners and property managers iTrip is aware of this. ITrip and owner still did not put this in the listing and was real broad even with the previous tenant gettin a police call. Sure enough while we were playing cards the police come at midnight. They cop says yea we got a complaint from a Niehbor it’s not really loud but we have to come out if we are called. Police leave shortly and were very nice.
So now we don’t have any hot water in the house and we can’t play board games or cards and litterly have to be almost silent in vocational rental. We still tried to enjoy our stay. ——few days after our stay I emailed iTrip and asked can you send me back my $700 deposit(we left the house in excellent shape like we always do) they email back and say yes we will send deposit and and they did. —-9 days after our stay I check my bank account and see a new (which was 9 days after our stay) charge for $240 from iTrip, I did not get a email explaining they were doing this and there was not explanation on the charge in my account. I emailed iTrip and ask why did they take $240 out of my account without any notice, info or reason. They said it’s because police came (again from the same Niehbor who the son said and iTrip knew about) itirp said we were going to email you soon a explanation of why we charged you $240 they said I just beat them to it(asking why they randomly took $240 out my account with no explanation). Which I knew was a lie, iTrip/owner were trying to be discrete and bill my account without me knowing and they did! If I didn’t email them why asking why they are taking money out of my account still 9 days later I would have never knew the reason luckily I happened to check my account often.
It is illegal to go in someone’s account and take money out of it without first at least calling or providing a reason why you taking money out 9 days later. Even though there reason was invalid and something they already knew about but didn’t list.
— So again 1. NO HOT WATER FOR ENTIRE STAY —-2. Zero $ refund no credit at all! —3. Dirty pool they say the cleaned and a lot of bugs inside pool —will steal from your account weeks later with any notice or reason being sent. Then will say they were going to let you know soon. DO NOT USE! Be very careful when booking properties via websites like Vrbo or Airbnb that are managed by this company. They are in a business of extorting money from honest people. We rented a lovely home and took extremely good care of it, just to be accused of burning a grill that was already broken before we rented the place (have photographic proof) and charged for damages we have not caused. These are dishonest people with unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. Not to mention that the dispute happened over text message (very rudely on their part I might add!) and their phone lines go straight to voicemail.

Very pleased with the condition and value of the Airbnb where we stayed in Scottsdale. With the public pool closed and family visiting, we rented for a week at one of their Scottsdale properties with a pool. Everything worked well (WiFi, TV, appliances) and the house and pool were VERY clean and in good condition (not always my experience at other airbnbs I've rented in the past). Would stay again. Recommended.
