I was in crunch time and I needed a storage space TODAY and MILTON the MAN made it happen. Not only did he help me, but he was very professional and easy to deal with. Lastly, he got me a storage a few feet from the dock which is always GREAT!!!! HIGHLY recommend. 10 stars if I could.

Very happy with the level of service and assistance provided at this location. Not only was I given all options that would suit me best, but the gentleman who helped me with my contract was informative and friendly. Their facility was clean and well-lit both inside and outside. Since my last review this place has been taken over by rats and mice. And the rent prices have increased tremendously eventhough there is nothing being done about the rodent problems. Customer service claimed there is nothing they could do about damaged belongings. Im Moving my belongings out immediately!!!

Hello in the beginning l gave them a good review not checking on my things as l entered the storage unit after a few months l saw mice feces every where so l asked for a broom and dust pan as l began cleaning up and organizing my things mice has ate holes in atheist three pair of my shoes upon finishing up with my trash bag l could hear a mice in the trash bag I am so disappointed in this place be careful on choosing where you put thing's that mean something to you.

My mom has her belongings in storage and I’ve been trying to access her unit for the past 2 weeks but every time I go there is a vehicle blocking her unit. The vehicle has a flat tire and has been flat every single time I’ve gone there. The guy who owns the vehicle is extremely rude and confrontational. I’m pretty sure he is living inside the unit he rents. He always has a huge mess of his belongings outside scattered across the isle which doesnt allow people to drive down the aisle. I’ve seen other people that seem to be living there as well. I will be moving my mother’s belongings to a different facility as soon as possible. Terrible experience

Milton was a huge help! Had an issue but he immediately addressed it and made sure things were taken care of.

Since my past review, my unit is being eaten away by rodents. Everything with rodent urine and droppings. They have been very polite but the pest issue 100% needs to be resolved immediately. I will post photos in a few days.
