The experience I had while shopping for a vehicle at Irwin Mazda was extremely satisfying. The staff worked quickly to facilitate a test drive. After my sales representative, Sueanne Parker assessed what I was looking for and my price range, she worked quickly to move the sale along. It was a busy day at the dealership but all went well. I leased a CX-5 and it was probably the happiest I’ve been after shopping for a car. I felt I was given a fair deal and would recommend Irwin Mazda for sure.

I have to say what an excellent experience I had with Irwin Mazda. My lease was coming to an end. Loyal Mazda owner, going on my 6 lease. Went back to another dealership where I have purchase my last 2 leases. I had a bad experience. So, I went to Irwin just to look around when I was approached by Ben. He introduced himself as manager. I explained my lease was coming to an end. And was really just looking. I was transparent with him regarding my budget.
We sat down and chatted, we went over numbers. Ben and the finance dept made it work for me. What a positive experience. I was so
pleased that they went way above to make it happen. With in my budget , and took my old lease back with no hassle. Everyone person was a pleasure. It was a long night after working all day. When we had to setup and go over new car, Zacc helped the transition from old car to new car, a pleasure. Helping me setting up the app and my phone to Mazda.
Leaving the dealership with a smile and relieved that I was able to leased within my budget !

Took our 2023 CX5 in for regular service. We were met at the door and soon service agent reviewed what needed to be done. We left the car and were constantly notified of the progress of the service. We picked up the car in the early afternoon. A very favorable experience.

Service was great! Receptionist not very nice, or friendly. Didn't even say good morning or Thank you after I made my payment. Called for loaner car, again lady on phone was rude.
Improve the service and the desk, tell them to smile, and stop the gossip, and be more welcoming to the customers. Then the rating would improve.
Check in was polite and courteous, the gentleman was amazing.
The reason I would come back would be because of the Amazing service I received from Amanda..
Upbeat, explained everything. Warm-up welcome.
