5 Stars – Exceptional Service & Seamless Experience!

I had an outstanding experience at Lincoln Irwin when I bought my new 2025 Aviator! From the moment I got in touch with Dave and Adam, they jumped at the opportunity to assist, asking all the right questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. Even though the vehicle I wanted wasn’t on their lot, they quickly sourced it from another dealership and had it ready in no time.

The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient—no unnecessary delays, just a team that truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile. To top it off, Adam provided a much-needed crash course on the vehicle’s operation, walking me through key features and essential functions that would have been hard to find on my own. His attention to detail and willingness to ensure I was comfortable with my new car made all the difference.

Awesome buying experience all around. Was treated with respect and never felt rushed or pressured the entire time. Salesman Jeff Young was amazing to deal with, went over everything about the car which was great, I left there feeling confident with how to use all the features on my 2024 Lincoln Aviator Black Label edition. Chuck the finance guy was nicest F&I guy I have ever dealt with. No pressure on why I need to buy this, that or the other. Very honest people to deal with. I highly recommend giving them a try, you wont be disappointed. And Lincoln makes an amazing vehicle, powerful, comfortable and a great driving experience. It was a win win all around.

Great experience at Irwin Lincoln!! We always hated car buying until our purchase at Irwin Lincoln. Everyone we dealt with Jeff, our salesperson, David the sales manager and Leo in finance were fabulous to work with and absolutely no high pressure!! They did everything possible to get us the car that we wanted at a price that worked for us.

Jeff in sales, Chuck in finance, and Travis GM were all great to deal with. Originally I had some problems and complaints with the Navigator I purchased but once esclated to Travis he went above and beyond to resolve. We love our truck but it has an issue with highway speed vibration that Lincoln is trying to sort out. Ultimately once dealing with Travis the dealership is doing what it can to help facilitate. Unfortunately it also needs a part for a seat which is on back order for extensive amount of time but will update.

I recently had a very expensive mechanical issue repired @ Irwin Lincoln Service. The staff was courteous & very attentive to my needs and concerns. Service manager Nick went above and beyond to make sure my issues were repaired correctly and to my satisfaction. Great Job guys! I visited Irwin Lincoln unsure whether I should buy pre-owned or lease a new car. I had a lease that was due soon, and I couldn't wait to get out of it (it wasn't a Lincoln). I really wanted a Lincoln, but I wasn't sure if I could afford it with an early lease trade-in. Jeff was incredibly patient and took the time to show me vehicles within my price range. He thoroughly explained the different packages, which helped me easily compare my options. I'm sure I drove him and his sales manager, Dave, a bit crazy with all my questions, but they were always helpful and professional. After coming back a few times, I narrowed it down to two options I absolutely loved. Dave worked with me to take my lease back early and gave me a fantastic deal. Following Jeff's advice, I ended up leasing a Corsair, and I absolutely love it! Both Jeff and Dave are knowledgeable and professional, and I highly recommend Irwin Lincoln and these two. Thanks again, guys!
