We needed to sell my mother's rental unit in the Kelseyville area, and we didn't live near the unit. Moreover, the rental unit had a renter in it, and we didn't want to force the renter out. I used the Internet to find high-rated realtors. The first realtor I called didn't call back. The second realtor I contacted was Iris. She quickly returned my call. I then met her at the condo a week later. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She quickly got the property listed. She was always responsive to questions and coordinated inspections and other tasks so that we didn't have to be there. The rental unit was sold with the renter being able to stay. Our overall experience with Iris was very positive, and I highly recommend her.

Iris responded positively and moved quickly to my request to list a lot in Clearlake. She listened to the history of the ownership of the lot since it was purchased sight-unseen in the 1920s by my husband’s grandmother. She clearly reviewed my financial steps for listing and sale. Iris is very kind and patiently walked me through the many pages for me to review and sign to post the listing. When the final bid came, she communicated quickly through the steps needed to accept and finalize the sale.
