Working with Todd from iRealty was such a rewarding experience for me and my daughter. When my daughter was young and first diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, there were times I wasn't sure she would be able to live independently. She overcame many obstacles to finish college and hold a steady job. When she decided to buy a house, I wanted to find a realtor who could be very patient with her, especially when explaining the intricacies of mortgage finance. Todd was incredibly attentive during all stages of the negotiations with the seller and hunting down required documentation for the loan officer. With Todd's help, we found a home that was absolutely perfect for my daughter in a safe neighborhood that suits her quirky, spirited personality.

Sandy Sanders was amazing! I was at first with primary residential, a very shady lender! He recommended Keith Henderson at Amcap and I was from application to closed in less than 30 days.
