If it were possible, I would give Jeremy TEN stars. We have found him to be extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He is also prompt and clear in his communication, which can be a rarity these days. Moreover, being a product of the 8-track days, we managed to lock ourselves out of the system when the time came to digitally sign the lease. Jeremy was at a loss, saying that in over 5000 leases using this system, he had never encountered such a mess. (His verbiage was much more polite and professional than that.) He remained calm and patient however and worked through the problem, all the while offering a “don’t worry, we will get it done” encouraging tone, until he got us squared away. We are retired military and have moved many times utilizing many agents. I rank this gentleman as the best. Heartfelt thanks to you Jeremy for your hard work in taking care of my family.
