I would give this place zero stars if I could. Cristina Acevedo has zero professional abilities what so ever. She lies to the individuals on the lease just to please the landlords. She also does not relay critical information to landlords in order to assist in important situations. IPA and Hyrosen Properties Inc are horrible businesses and you should stay far away from doing business with any of their properties. If you have already done business with them, be aware of their bad practices and cover your own tail.

The owner of my building changed property management companies this year. I have been renting from them for 4 years now and have always had a great relationship. Well once we changed hands it has been nothing but a nightmare with IPA.

First of all I got a huge bill for late fees on my account. I called the agency to clarify the terms of my lease and they had no clue when my rent was even due so it was a billing error on their part because they can't read a lease.

Finally get that cleared up. A few months later get a bill for a missed month of rent. I have never missed a payment with them in 4 years. I have called and emailed so many times to get this resolved. I have asked for an account summary from accounting and have never gotten one. This has been a reoccurring issue for months. I sent them a full account summary from my account that was audited to my bank account that shows no missing payments. I get a response that they will look into it and get back to me. Well it's been a week and still no response.

Finally the kicker. I mailed my Oct rent due the 15th on the 14. I call a week later and ask why my check hasn't cleared. Oh we havent received it. I tell them I mailed it a week ago it's probably on someone desk. No no we don't have it. Ok I wait a week nothing hits my account. I send an email get no response. So I send in another check. I check my account this morning and both the checks were cashed and my account is negative. So the damn check was never lost and when it was "found' they didn't even let me know.

This is the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. I rent 5 commercial properties and I have never had any issues until I had to deal with this company. The staff is incompetent at every level. They cannot communicate and could care less about the business owners.
