Moved out the end of July and now in October I am being told I owe $645 for excessive wear and tear. No one is able to provide detail on what the excessive wear and tear is. Lived in a rental for 3 years with no issues and then they get you when you leave.

Never missed a payment, was a good tenant that took care of their house, I had no help moving out so there was some cleaning left to do that was discussed.... Then they stole at least $1000 from me by taking my entire $2100 deposit. $1000 is a generous estimate for cleaning, when I acquired the home there were dents in the walls and other fairly obvious issues that the owner did not fix when I moved in. Moving out they claimed I made the damage, not only is that not true it's not $1000 worth of damage, even if I could swallow that the ridiculous cleaning fee of over $1000. STAY AWAY, VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. When I first moved in, after signing all the contracts and agreements, they decided to charge an extra $40 a month for "maintenance service", you know, the thing that is already their responsibility. Find a better place with better management somewhere else.

I moved from NJ to CO in September of 2017 and I was help by a sales agent Paul with Investor Realty. I LOVED him and he got us the perfect rental. We also deal with Brandon for any issue with the rental and WOW...I LOVE how quickly they reply to my messages and take care of any issue. Communication is KEY to a good relationship and Investor Realty has this taken cared of. I have not rented for over 30years and Investor Realty has spoiled me. I would used them everywhere I go.
