I have done quite a few financings and each and every experience has been painful enough and so time consuming that I would just continue to pay, in some cases, that rising variable rate rather than take the time to refinance. This was less painful and time consuming than having to pull a horrendous list of documents and answering ridiculous illogical questions from banks, etc....UNTIL I met Kevin Post at the Investor Property Loan Group. I needed help with a commercial loan and at the same time needed to refinance a personal home loan. The loan products, contacts, appraisers, incredibly quick document turn around times, communication with banks and lenders, signing appointment, explanations of alternatives and just plain wonderful, intelligent and thoughtful demeanor to me as a client was incredible. I am a finance professional and ask so many questions, and Kevin and his colleague Brandon were always there to answer my questions and explain their strategic logic. This team is so solid and professional, intelligent and so on top of the market, it was a complete pleasure working with them. The guys at Investor Property Loan are hands-down the best!
We needed to refi and had initially gone with a different broker, who kept having issues, making us jump through all sorts of unnecessary hoops, etc., and then after tons of back-and-forth over a month with them, they tell us that the initial loan product we were set up for was no longer viable.
Frustrated to say the least… I reached out to Alex at Investor Property Loan, and he not only found us a better loan product, but rushed the process through and in half the time got it done, actually just finished signing papers today!
Alex is an investor himself, so he not only understands the intricacies, but is also a great source of info for any questions we had.
