The most predatory commercial rental agency, they don't maintain their property's although they charge an absorment amount to the tenets to do so there is still garbage all over the plaza, unkept hedges, and the building themselves structurally need repairs. They rent spaces fully aware pf the problems that exist in the space. Then they add clauses to the agreements to make tenants pay for all the structural repairs of the space. Also there turn around is very reflective of the company. Constantly they have new people working, property mangers changes and no one knows then what's happening with what tenants. Overall take serious cautions when using this company, have a lawyer carefully look at your contracts, they are putting all the responsibilities on their tenants.

Just a fantastic experience living in one of Investments Limited’s properties—The Royal Colonial.

Monica Salcedo is the building manager there and she is excellent in taking care of the property and any business matters were handled fairly, professionally and promptly.

She also went the extra mile to upgrade the common area (which is great now), the furniture around the pools, and started a happy hour multiple days a week with entertainment and snacks/drinks. Very cool and generous! It shows us residents that we are cared for. A special shout out to German too…he is the maintenance specialist for the property and such an easy going and nice guy and he gets the job done. Highly recommend this company and The Royal Colonial. 2 awesome pools here, 2 sets of grills, clean and big hot tub and directly on intercoastal with top notch sunset views…can’t beat it (see pics)
