We lived here.for 4 years and for the first three years it was really hard to get anybody from management to do much to help the renters out around here since Kade has been brought on to your company he's been a great help with taking care of any of the things that we need help with and that's great & my wife and I have noticed the difference that it makes. you have someone that cares about the tenants that live here and about the properties also it makes a hell of a difference for us. I think you need to be made aware of this that he is a good employee a good representative of your company and it is great to have someone like Kade as a representative

Location is great, studio apartment is very adequate space and nice appliances, fridge, cupboards, etc., with good closet/storage space. Hard to beat price. Colin was helpful and professional. I'm sold on this place.

Evan and his team have been great! We have been tenants with Investment Realty Advisor for the past two years and are now entering our third year with them. Our experience has been exceptional. The team at Investment Realty Advisor has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to their tenants.

Avoid leasing from this company! We rented at one of their Murray locations on Hanauer Street, and it was a terrible experience. The apartments are mismanaged and falsely advertised. When we moved in, we were told there was central AC and working washer/dryer units in the building—none of which was true. There was no central AC, making summers unbearable, and the laundry rooms were always locked with machines that didn’t work.

The management is the worst part. They never answer the phone, and I had to call and email repeatedly just to get any response. Repairs took forever, and during winter, we went a month without hot water. When we moved out, there was barely any communication from Rayce, the manager. We ended up leaving the keys in the apartment because no one gave us instructions or responded to our inquiries.

We made an $865 deposit when we moved in and only got $60 back, despite the apartment being dirty and damaged when we arrived. We were even charged for issues caused by previous tenants! We left the apartment cleaner then we got it! Avoid leasing here at all costs!

The worst company that I ever have a lease!!

1. When I tried to start my lease they Forgot my appointment, they made me wait for all morning .
2. I complained about the other apartment tenants, because they don’t care about who was leaving there, and those people were so suspicious to do illegal activities.
3. I decide to move out, I put my 30 days notice, and they tried to made me sign another lease. I leave the property in very good conditions, all the inspections that they did before I move out I never received a complaint about the property condition, they said every time is the best took care property,.

4. When I moved out, I sent a txt to the manager asking for the procedure to get my 800 dollars deposit back, they replies me that a soon as they complete everything .at this point I requested a walkthrough with them to check all the possible issues with the property and don’t get any extra charge. They never did it.
5. Now a few months later, I’m receiving a letter from collection for extra charges that I didn’t know. They are charging me for extra month and for deep cleanings, paint for the all unit and more things. That they never let me know.
6. For more than 2 months I tried to contact them in all the possible ways but never received an answer.
7. So this is an advice to be careful with this company.

They've been my landlords for my 2 businesses since 2015! They are so good to work with, especially during Covid when people were losing their businesses, this company worked with their tenants so they could keep their business running. If I have an issue with plumbing or anything, they respond immediately and it's quickly fixed. The rent is reasonable and the property is very clean. I'm fortunate to be a tenant here and grateful to the amazing management and staff who are professional and nice!

I’ve been in on of their offices for over a year now and their team is really responsive and quick to help if there are any issues that need to be worked on in my unit. When I moved in we were a really new business so they took a risk by letting us move in and they’ve been amazing to work with ever since! 10/10 would recommend them
