These are easily some of the worst landlords in the state of Colorado, washing machines have been out for months with IMG ghosting tenants. Overpriced, rude and unresponsive should be their slogan.

How they get people to renew leases is a mystery to me.

IMG has been very accommodating with any issues I have had. Jay has been easy to get a hold of and is great to work with. It’s nice to know that there are rental companies that understand needs as a renter. I would recommend IMG properties to anyone in the greater Denver area

Absolutely the worst property owner/management company I've ever seen in my 53 years. The epitome of a out of state originated gentrification money hungry ghoulish firm. They bought the apt bldg I live at and the 1st thing they did was kick out a elderly woman who'd lived here for over 30 yrs. so they could do minimal improvements and jack the rent up 50%. They're disgusting.

Management has shady business practices. They will price gauge you out of your home and find every excuse to take as much money from you as possible when you move out. I was even charged for trash pickup of other people's belongings.

Do not pay for an application unless they get to "see" you. This company is for sure racist. They will take your money and then disable your account, to they do not have to explain anything.

Terrible company to rent from. They don't update you when they are shutting off utility's, then proceeds to keep them off over night with out mentioning to residents.
