Spent all year dealing with hidden fees. Going on one month since our lease has been done and still not received our deposit back, even after having the shop professionally repainted and fix beyond how it was delivered to us. Spent over $800 to have the walls fixed and repainted completely. I spent $250 to have the wall mount AC controller replaced. Also spent $1,000 in having the windows tinted. I left all of it for the next tenant. All I'm asking for them to return my $1,850 deposit which I've yet to get an email response after three emails already.

Terrible company to rent for. They will sabotage your business if necessary. Tried to sell my business and they stopped my sale which would’ve recouped their money

In 6 years dealing with Inventrust in Atlanta, all they do is take your rent money! They are corporate versions of slumlords! At $45 per sq ft, no matter what issues you have with your space, they condition their management to immediately deflect the issue as your responsibility! When they FINALLY take responsibility, they hire the cheapest most inept contractors to fix leaking holes in roof, sewage issue problems, incoming electrical problems, unsightly dumpster areas, etc. They find new more inept cheaper security companies every year with to deal with the growing vagrancy problems. If you want to lease retail space, run away from this company as fast as you can!

If you are considering renting a property by Inventrust, I couldn’t encourage you to run away faster. In an era defined by service, they take an enslavement approach. They don’t visit, don’t call, don’t help. And when you want a document, they tell you it takes 60 days. Then they spell the name wrong. My experience has been terrible. I don’t take the time to write a review often, but had to warn people away from being pulled into a trap with them.

It’s been 4 weeks since I turned in my application but nothing is moving. They never return my phone calls. I called the Corporate office but they couldn’t do anything. I asked for a manager phone number but the lady said she dose not have her supervisor phone number. Totally bs and waste of time and my money.

Can't get through on the phone. The answer message said 15 minute wait. I've been waiting over 1 hour. and waiting... and waiting.. I wish I could rate them negative stars.
Finally got through after 1 hour and 55 minutes!
