Darryl has been my main contact for my new location! I have lived in the same home for 10 years, so moving has been a new experience for me. He has made it so seamless. He is always available for when I need him to answer questions or guide me. The viewing of the apartment was effortless! It was nice that it was a self guided tour. I could take my time and really look at things! The signing of the lease is all digital and easy to save those documents to your phone. Thank you so much Darryl for making me feel important and reassuring me of all my nervousness!

If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. I've been in my home almost a full year now & have barely gotten a response to anything I reach out about. Day of move in, i was handed my keys & the property manager just left right out. There was no walk through , no nothing , just take my money & out he was. My house was nowhere move in ready. They had clearly done some half *** repairs & left ME to clean up all the mess. I had to clean the entire house before I could even move my stuff in. Drywall dustings everywhere, wood pieces, trash, etc ! Never was apologized to, compensated, nothing. There is a broken out window in my dining room never fixed, the list goes on. I had to reach out to the city for the little repairs that had finally been addressed 6 months after moving in. You'll never receive a call back if you try to talk to anybody. Overall worst renting experience of my life.

The lady that answers the phone is rude and condescending and tried to talk down to me as if I was beneath her. All I asked her was about the credit situation and the guarantor. She then proceeded to say that because I don't have a 620 to credit score there are no exceptions then I proceeded to ask them why do they offer a guarantor if there weren't exceptions and then she proceeded to say That other good qualifying people would get the property before I would. And then told me that she would like to win the lottery and and we all can't get what we want and then chuckled. I called her out and asked what that meant. Then she said I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. No honey you hurt your company's reputation . Sounds like a racist answering phones and I'm sure the company condones this behavior.to say that I couldn't get the house if I tried. I make 3xs the rent and have a guarantor with over a 700 credit score. I was asking if we all needed a 620 score. I'm a medical student and my sister that lives with me is mentally ill and gets a check every month. My parents are doctors as well and they were gonna cosign for us but truly screw this company. They don't need no ones business with people answering the phone like that

Great and knowledgeable property managers! I was struggling to manage my rental property, a lot of "repairs" happening at the house, tenant was not paying her portion of the rent. In a matter of 3 months Darryl has not only helped me getting tenant ledger balance paid, but has been amazing with insurance company helping alleviate cost from these repairs. I really feel like an investor now and not a landlord 100% recommend!

FYVE, and Daryl in particular have been a great company to work with as a contractor. They are miles better than most other property managers. I have been dealing with them for awhile now and they always are looking out for the best interest of everyone involved. Their main focus is making sure that problems are fixed quickly for the tenants and the homeowners. Thanks guys!

It's been great working with FYVE so far as a landlord. Darryl has been fantastic in guiding to find the right tenant for the house. He has been very communicative, provides as much as information for me to make a decision on everything. It's been great working with Darryl and FYVE so far. With their communication, fairness to both landlord and tenant, looking into long term goals for landlord and tenant, I couldn't be more happy with them.
