If I could give no stars to this stealing company, I would. They do not uphold to the SAME standards and procedures that they say they do. Even when you are within your lease hours of an apartment, they will still withhold your deposit from you and lie about. When asked for their bosses' information they will ignore you all of a sudden for days on end and then not give you the information. If you are doing things so 'correctly' and not picking and choosing who gets their security hold deposit back, why are you so scared to give out that information?
This is also coming from the same company when I went to check the surroundings in Chardon the apartment complex had the garbage bins overflowing and all Infront of the garbage bins. When I asked a person walking to their car if this was normal- they replied that it happens almost every other month because the company does not pay their bills on time.
Which makes sense when I tried to pull my decision back to no longer rent, they refused giving back the security deposit hold even though I was within time frame. (Now stating I was 3 hours over the time limit). THAT'S HOW HARD UP THEY ARE FOR CASH.

DO NOT- and cannot express this enough rent any apartments from this company.
I may still be out my security deposit hold because they are thieves but hopefully that $250 deposit can be used to pay their trash bill for their residents!

Where do I even begin? I moved into a property owned by Integrity in September of 2024. Since then my cat has nearly died, my boyfriend (a veteran of the United States Army) has been lied to and mistreated, and I have suffered great anxiety and insomnia. The problems all started three weeks after moving in. We saw 3 cockroaches in one day, and continued to see more each day. The “exterminator” came out 5 days later and set 2 glue traps. For the next MONTH we continued to deal with cockroaches every single day. We set our own traps and bait and could not keep them out of our apartment. The property manager, Nicole Brown, lied to us repeatedly about the problem and said they found out about it a month and a half. We told them a month ago that we were seeing them and they set two glue traps? After they knew about the infestation? How is that solving the issue? Nicole patronized my boyfriend, and told me she “felt bad for us”. She said she wouldn’t let someone move into an apartment with pests, but this problem was going on 7 months before I moved in according to other tenants. The constant lies, patronizing, and lack of care for their tenants is disgraceful. I am beyond disappointed with this entire experience and Integrity Realty Group for allowing this to happen.

Jim responded immediately, addressed the problem, and even took care of a few smaller things around the house. We are very appreciative of his timely response and professionalism.

The communication from Integrity Realty Group and their subsidiary Integrity Cleveland Heights is atrocious. I was incorrectly charged a fee the first month I moved in, despite being upfront at my lease signing that I wanted to forgo the service. I was told it would be removed from my account. It was not. When I tried contacting Integrity Cleveland Heights' new manager, my email went unanswered. When I called their office, they told me to contact the corporate office. Now, I have been trying to contact Integrity Realty Group and I am finding it impossible to do so. The phone number provided does not seem to be working. The line rings and rings and I am unable to leave a voicemail. Furthermore, the inquiry I sent on the website has been ignored. Will I ever get my refund?

At what point should a company legally be required to show that roaches will be on the lease too?

This place is gross and is not rectifying their issues quick enough. It’s killing our cat. The roaches are insanely bad and the building is infested. I can’t believe we pay over a grand a month just to get all of our stuff infested. I’ve been lied to by Integrity Berea countless times and they have the audacity to post “We support our veterans” on Facebook. It’s cost us so much money and our health to live here. I can’t even sleep in my bedroom it’s so gross.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.... EVER.

You will be treated less than human, all they want is your money. Maintenance requests do not get filled for weeks at a time (2+ weeks was the record length for a fan cover that fell off of my ceiling... couldve hit me but luckily it didnt🤷🏼‍♂️).

First issue I had here was that my bathroom fan has started to push smoke out of it in the recent months, causing my bathroom to smell like stale cigarettes. All they did was offer a "courtesy call" to the resident next door and that was it... no air purifier for my apartment, nothing. So as a young adult diagnosed with Asthma as a child, I'm breathing in second-hand smoke daily..... lucky me🙄

Recently there was a water leaking issue in the apartment below me. They continued to come into my apartment day after day, and it took weeks for them to figure out that it was indeed my apartment. So today they fixed the leaking issue and i knew they would today while i was at work I told them it was okay.... However, when I came home, my apartment smelled strongly of an oil diffuser that I had not used in weeks. Maintenance had plugged it into the wall... upside down, spilling it everywhere. I asked the one maintenance guy about it and he denied knowing about it, saying "not that i know of". Now to cover this overwhelming scent, I'm running fans and opening all windows to attempt to get rid of it. They also left dirt and whatnot all over my bathroom, no decency was displayed with the mess of the scented oil, and the dirt or grease on my walls. Attached are pictures of the oil being obviously spilt in my bathroom, as well as the dirt/grease/whatever left all over my bathtub.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with apartment management. Very late notices on repairs constant emergency notices you will have strangers coming in and out constantly with or without you present. I went 6mos without a oven made multiple maintenance requests to then be told management isn’t providing a new stove — should’ve filed a complaint then . Now making an attempt to move out im being told its cheaper overall to stay then to vacate ? 2k total to stay another month 4k now to leave ? Their website claims them to be a “neighborhood company” ive never had neighbors this greedy—Money grabbers for sure wouldn’t recommend
