We have been a tenant at a building managed by integrity property management since 2008. I can't say anything but good things about Integrity. In the past 15 years, I have dealt with almost everyone here; It started with Terri and Monique, then Ryan, to our current supervisor Veronica. They have always responded to our calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.

Living here was a true and beautiful experience. The property was meticulously maintained, with spaces that genuinely felt like a home. The manager, Mary, was always present, bringing warmth to the building through her holiday decorations and dedication to cleanliness—which she did personally, sweeping by hand.

Integrity Property Management lives up to its name. Terri and Monique were always helpful and professional, and when an appliance issue arose, they addressed it immediately, with prompt maintenance.

It’s rare to find such a thoughtfully run, welcoming place. But life is about new experiences, and while the journey continues, I’m grateful for the peace and warmth I found here. I hope one day to create a place that feels this much like home again. Thank you to Mary and the team at Integrity Property Management. I’ll always remember you.

No one EVER gets back to us. No one. We've been living in the same unit for over a year now. Voice mails, e-mails, phone calls. When the receptionist does pick up it's either "he's in the field" or "she's out having lunch" no matter what time in the day. At least get back to your tenants!

@photos - I've left an email twice already regarding this "no smoking" policy. There is a plaza in the midst of the units where women smoke regularly.

The management and its employees have been consistent not only in responding to all repairs promptly but also in helping to deal with unexpected issues with a very thoughtful attitude. Shoutout to Ms. Terri Franklin, shoutout to Ms. Barbara (landlord), and shoutout to the integrity family for providing a roof over my family’s head. I’ve had the privilege of raising my first born in their apartment and we’ve truly turned a house into a home. My son loves it here. The Integrity property management is a discriminatory and lack of management office. The fact that they named themselves Integrity is laughable, they definitely should be out of business, I’m not sure what the manager and the accountant are doing with their time accept for getting paid. When a management accepts an application and congratulates the new tenant, then 2 days later tells the new tenant “this unit is not for you”, ? I don’t know How you deal with this accept for suing them.

Called for 3 days ask for help.The management company don’t understand what Emergency means.I have to deal with sinks full of water every time someone used.Black water and smell come out from the sinks .Integrity that the name of the management’s but the service not good as the name of the company .🤥
