I have left 3+ messages over the course of the last 4 weeks, sent a few emails prior to that, and still cannot get in touch with anyone who will talk to me; forwarding to voicemail every time. The few other times over the last 3 years that I have communicated with them they have shown a great lack of knowledge. Honestly, the cost for their management services isn't worth the return. Good luck ever getting a call back from them. Also a few are rather rude. Expect to walk around the block a few dozen times for no reason. Definitely stay away from this business.

My tenant complained on a buzzing noise coming from above his unit. He made a phone call to Notify the Integrated Mountain Management. Instead of contacting the owner, they went without our approval after hours and charged us $243. It was nothing to do with our unit, but something with the fire alarm sprinkles. It has been two month since we are trying to dispute the charge. IMP is charging owners for not-applicable work that should have been covered by HOA. What are we paying $550/month for 900 sq ft unit?

I would do no stars if I could. As a homeowner with having the unfortunate circumstances of having this “company” as our HOA, it’s beyond ridiculous. Fees have increased every year since the pandemic and they are nothing to show for. They don’t plow yet we have to cover costs for plowing. They bring their landscaping tools with nothing to landscape on. They charge $3000 for balcony repairs without showing an itemized bill for what was done. They’re just here to take advantage of people to keep their business afloat. DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Don't waste your time with them—they are slum lords. Our lawn was only mowed once every six weeks last year. And now they just added $1000 to everyone's bill because we're mysteriously in debt. They are stealing from us.

Worst customer service in the Valley, they ignore clients and never contact them back. They added a 3,000 assessment fee to repair the balconies in all of the complex and only gave 2 months notice. They expect me to pay $3000 within two months!!! When I asked them, how do they expect us to pay $3000 within two months they quickly added it to an invoice and send it to my email with no context, or content with in the email. No response to my question. They specifically stated if not paid in full they will add late fees! filled a complaint with BBB. WARNING!: Do Not Do Business with this Company!!! They are a money hungry business, that’s unprofessional, has very poor communication. Just look at the comments for yourself.

Good luck getting a call back about billing. Devin from accounting will NEVER CALL YOU BACK. You can leave voicemails. You can call every day. He will not return the phone call. Apparently, your money and his job are NOT things he takes seriously, so good luck. You’ll have to be a VERY squeaky wheel to get even the tiniest amount of grease here.

If you hire this company, understand they really lack communication and the end result might not be what you wanted. I asked for a detailed invoice for repairs on a home purchase at least 3 times. Never got one. I was the figure it would cost verbally then got stuck with a bigger bill. Then when I asked for a detailed breakdown for each job, they could not provide me one. The work they performed was also not satisfactory.

Integrated employs an extremely unprofessional property management division. They ignore phone calls and emails frequently and contradict themselves regularly. During our last Homeowners Association meeting, "20 Year Bob", as he likes to call himself, got angry, and yelled at one of our female property owners for asking a clarifying question. He continued to act aggressively when people called him out on his unprofessional behavior. For someone who was supposed to be facilitating, he interrupted frequently, was rude, and spoke as someone who was making decisions for the HOA Association as opposed to someone who works for the HOA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If your HOA already does, keep good records and all your emails. Make notes of conversations you have had. You will likely need them. Lastly, be very careful of your HOA Board following Integrated Property Management's advice.
