From the first phone call to interview them to hiring them to now over a year later in their care, I've been happy with IPM. I'm an away landlady and have never had to worry about a thing. They placed my tenant really quickly and have taken care of everything and I get a nice, simple statement both at the beginning of the month and during tax season with all the information I need. They're also super nice people! Highly recommend.

Lived there for 6 months before paying to break the lease… Heaters didn’t work from day 1 of moving in and never got fixed and we had a baby living there during the winter! The bathroom ceiling leaked, they left an Air conditioner in one of the bedroom closest s when we moved in then charged me upon move out for the A/C being there? Neighbors would throw parties at 3am blasting music that would shake the walls and wake up the baby, management did nothing, couldn’t even respond when I’d reach out about it… Tried to move into a new apartment recently and they went out of their way to bad mouth us to the new property management which resulted in us not getting approved.. These people are horrible all around

Edit: they responded saying it wasn’t them it was ā€œincome property managementā€ nah it was definitely you dirtbags we’ve only been emailing back an forth every day for a week… Not only horrible people but try to divert the blame to another company? That’s as LOW as it gets

2nd edit… since they said they respond to everything they most certainly don’t, we had to rent hotels since the heaters never worked the whole time we were there and mentioned it from the get go on top of charging us for an A/C that was there upon move in, they mention their 5 star reviews but all of them are 3+ years ago and and how many 1 stars since than? These people suck no doubt

As a homeowner living overseas I can only highly recommend IPM as a company. They are managing our property for several years now and they are trustworthy, highly professional and easy to work with.
Especially Milli from POD3 was very respectful, , professionell and friendly, responded to our emails quick and managed to get problems solved within short time

Beware Landlords! This company is only there to squeeze money out of you. They will keep doing unnecessary repairs & cleaning to bill you. I had them for a month and had to cancel their services, because they left the kitchen hood fan on & my neighbor had to call me about it. Then they left the door unlocked, blaming that someone had tried to break the door open and that they need to put a new lock set. When I went to check it myself, there was no problem with the lock, no had tried to break in. Their maintenance guy had left the door unlocked. Then they had also left the garage side door unlocked too. They did not own up to their mistakes.

They said that there needs to be touch up paint to be done and fill nail holes. I had told them that I have the same wall paint left over in the garage. They did not use that paint. Instead did touch up with a different paint that did not exactly match the wall color. They charged me for cleaning the house, even though the house had already been cleaned. They said it will be professionally cleaned, but the house still looked the same, and they charged me almost $400 for it. In the end they couldn’t even find a good tenant and they ended up billing me about $900 in one month. I terminated the contract with them, and I got the house rented out in 2 weeks by myself. I will never do business with them. They basically make the landlord their piggy bank.

I recently had a major issue with a property come move in day. I could not have been more upset and I was ready to be given the cold shoulder.

However, when I reached out to Anna, a member of the leasing team, she was respectful, kind, and understanding of our situation. When things escalated beyond her level of authority, she gave me the information for one of her higher ups. After a conversation with them, the situation was resolved promptly and professionally and I very much appreciated working with them.

I used to manage my rental property by myself. Since I live outside the US, my renters took advantages over me, it caused me a lot of headache. I talked to a few agents, no one explained so much to me like IPM. They have a cool system for digital communication, now all I need to do is to check my emails, and everything came as expected. The staff (Steve, Michelle, Theresa, Rhonda) at IPM are professional, innovative and trustworthy!

I have been waiting for a dishwasher replacement for two months. Very hard to get anyone to respond (besides generic emails saying to await a call from the vendor?….no calls received) I also have one other request that have not been resolved in over three weeks.
Left a message three weeks in a row for the ā€œmanagerā€ of the Beaverton rental properties.
The only live person that called me back seemed very confused about what was going on and her kids were screaming in the background. So loudly in fact that she asked if she could just communicate via email. I declined as I had been waiting three weeks to be talking to a human being. Since that call I’ve only received a message saying it would take even longer for the dishwasher. And no update at all on the other maintenance request.
