Ruben and all of the employees at Inland Pacific Management are a great team! I’ve lived at a property that they manage for about 5 years now and absolutely love it! Ruben and his staff made it so easy for me to view the property that I moved into… and the payment for moving in and lease agreement was handled very professionally …. It really took a load off of my mind with how helpful Ruben and his staff were and still are after all of these years! Anytime that I’ve needed something looked at or fixed… I get immediate help… most times someone has been able to come over the same day… or the very next day. Thank you to inland Pacific Management and especially to Ruben and his staff for making my home such a pleasant place to live!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!! Lets start off with: they took over 3 weeks to go over our application, and NEVER got back to us! NEVER!!!! They would never have an answer when we called them, it was always an excuse, and also they would treat us as we were bothering them when they were supposed to do their work!

This review is based on 20 years experience with this company. I have lived at one of their properties for half of my life. In 2017 a rental became available on the same property I grew up on. I was able to rent the unit with no issue. I have lived in this unit for 5 years now. I have excellent payment history with them. My parents that have lived on this property for 20 years have excellent payment history. Recently I applied for a bigger unit on the same property to be closer to my mom and to give my children their own rooms. Mind you this unit is only $800 more than what I pay now. This is where things went south with this company. I believe I was discriminated against because I was a single mother and recently asked for them not to raise my rent for the 3rd time in one year.
I asked to apply for the unit that was becoming available and was told to follow the application process. Once the unit was ready my partner and myself applied for the larger unit. We both have excellent rental history, decent credit (659, 670) no delinquency’s or bankruptcy and AGAIN my family has been renting on this property for the last 20 plus years with no issues. They DENIED us. So we asked if we could use my parents that have been on this property since 2002-2003 as co applicants. They agreed. So now there are 4 people with excellent payment history with this company and 4 income’s (all together is close to $300,000 a year) on the line for ONE unit. Reminder we all have paid our rent on time for the last 20 years with no problems. They still DENIED all of us. I guess 20 years of excellent tenancy doesn’t matter to this company and they will discriminate against you if you are a single mother. This is just my experience and it’s truly heartbreaking because 20 years of our hard working money has only gone to people that truly don’t care about you at all and will discriminate against you. You have been warned. From the looks of this Yelp and Google, this company doesn’t treat people very well.

I attempted to use Inland Pacific to manage a condo in Manhattan Beach. My primary point of contact was very courteous and kind, but within three months of being a customer with Inland Pacific I had a number of issues related to charges for Inland's services. When I pushed them and pointed out that the discrepancies in question were breaches of our contract, one of the business's directors decided to unilaterally terminate our contract without further discussion. Funnily enough, the contract in question had no termination clause in it, making this unilateral termination illegal.

I was fortunately able to find another property management company in Manhattan Beach that I've been using since and have had zero issues with.

Another owner in my condo building has had no issues with Inland thus far, so clearly this sort of experience doesn't happen to everyone. That said, this exceptional lack of professionalism coming from someone that helps run the business should give anyone considering using their services pause. My experience with Inland was incredibly stressful and there are other competing businesses in the area with better track records and ratings.
