I just recently moved into a complex that Infinity Property Services manages. Both the customer service reps Jess and David who take the calls for general inquiries and the community manager, Lauren Stein have provided top notch and fast service. You never know with HOA management companies, could be hit or miss, but so far, the experience has been great putting a lot of my concerns at ease and getting service requests handled in a timely manner.

It helps to have a customer driven Property management co. who cares to give quality service and is understanding of items that require quick turn around support.

Keep up the great work, and more and more HOAs will continue to hire based on your good services. Thanks again!

We switched to Infinity Property Services a couple years ago upon recommendation from others in Santa Clarita. Our IPS manager is Ani Keshishian. Unlike, previous property managers, Ani is fantastic to work with, following through with each item on our agenda, giving excellent referrals and getting fair bids for us. Our community has dramatically changed for the better since she began managing it. She is extremely professional, works super well with our HOA board and responds to community concerns quickly. This has been by far the best experience with a property management company that our community has had since it was built @20 years ago.

I live in Franciscan Hill Condos, in Valencia; my unit sustained interior drywall damage from the heavy rains during the last two winters. I have dealt with 3 different people at Infinity trying to get the interior damage repaired. They were all nice enough, but none took ownership, none followed through.

But then about two months ago I started dealing with a new rep at Infinity, Monica Smith. What a difference; she took ownership. Not only did I no longer have to bug Infinity for followups, but Monica regularly on her own followed up with me.

Thanks to Monica my repairs were completed on January 20th....

A good hire by Infinity.

The worst HOA company. They collect an outrageous amount of money from 50 units in my building and do absolutely nothing for us. They don’t take care of the building and on top of that collect special assessments for things they fail to fix on time. Currently they are asking each unit to pay almost $4,000 for a leak they neglected to fix for years. . Keep in mind this is on top of $620 they charge each of us every month for a property with no amenities. They are crooks! Stay away from this horrible company!

Reply: You mention the board of directors like they are the sole owners of the building or God. They don’t have the best interest of us, owners. They clearly don’t care about our building. Please don’t make me post pictures of the tiny spa you have in there with broken tile everywhere and on top of that never works. Even worse let’s talk about the dangerously cracked and broken concrete all around the property. In most parts of the building the broken ground pieces shake when you stand on it. It’s just a matter of time before someone falls and gets seriously hurt. The so called board of directors don’t see this? I don’t think you would want me to embarrass your company and the management of this building any further by posting pictures! And by the way, the gate you put in the guest parking garage, we, all had to pay also on top of our month assessment.
