I moved to New Jersey from California in May 2023. I looked at close to 12 different apartment communities and I kept coming back to Infinity. I absolutely love living here. The tenants are quiet and friendly, and the lobby, hallways and elevators are kept clean and tidy. I feel that their rental rates are very fair, they allow pets, and the building and apartments are well maintained. The property managers are very responsive and friendly. Any calls for maintenance have been addressed quickly and efficiently and the building concierge are very helpful, professional and personable. The location is also very convenient to stores, restaurants and public transportation. I'm very pleased to be living here the past 5 and 1/2 months.

Recently moved to Infinity Edgewater and I could not be happier with my decision. The staff has been very attentive, and the community manager Dave could not be more helpful with getting me settled in and comfortable in my new home. He is always a pleasure to talk to. The beautiful grounds are always well maintained and clean. I’ve felt safe and welcome from the moment I moved in.

Very cozy and safe apartments build away from main busy road, the staff makes you feel homely, very friendly and efficient workers at property.

The apartment has good build quality the size is sufficient for single small family, secure indoor parking is a plus point.

Excellent place. Been living here three years running now. Spacious units with plenty of closet space, something very difficult to find at a reasonable price around this area. The staff has been nothing but excellent, attending to your every need as best as they can. The gym facility has been great as I go there everyday!

Neighbors are good and you cannot hear them for the most part due to the thick walls and floors. A lot of families live here, which I like, giving us plenty of peace and quiet. Downstairs you can find almost everything you need within parking distance, with everything else right across the street. We look at different places every year when it comes time to the lease renewal but nothing ever beats out the value we get from this building.

I've lived in Infinity over a year now, and while I prepare to transition to a new home, I want to write a note of thanks to the Infinity team for their hard work and pride in managing the community. I moved here last year in the months after the onset of the pandemic, and even with the added stress of the pandemic restrictions that were in place, Dave Zicchinella and Thomas Hilario used every tool available to them to virtually show me the apartment, address all my questions about safety, and give me the flexibility to move in whenever it was possible to move out of my previous apartment. Now, as a I transition to move out, Dave and his team are again showing great flexibility.

As for the location, it couldn't be at a better spot on River Road. It is just minutes away to major retailers, including Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and a host of nice eateries nearby; the apartments/amenities are well maintained and modern; and the pricing is very competitive.

Infinity will leave me with the among the best memories of all the communities I've lived in. The team is phenomenal, and it shows in the way they treat their residents with great events. It is not transactional, but rather, a relationship they forge with the residents. These qualities make not just an apartment but an amazing community. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great place to live.

The Infinity is a great building! At first, we were hesitant to choose the Infinity after reading a few negative reviews. FORGET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Those reviews were posted during the previous management staff. The current staff at the Infinity is great. They are very attentive and quick to address any issues. The building is very well maintained and rent is reasonable considering it is located in Edgewater, NJ. Beautiful apartment and location. Its literally a block away from two shopping centers and a movie theater. We highly recommend the Infinity. Thank you to all the staff for the Five Star Service and Accommodations.

Infinity Edgewater has been a great place to call home this past year-2018! Staff is professional, courteous and very responsive to requests and inquiries. The team goes the extra mile to make you feel "welcome home" everyday! I love that this is a family and pet friendly building. Neighbors are always cordial too :). So far, a refreshing sense of community within a very culturally diverse demographic.

Unfortunately, the reviews of Infinity Edgewater are correct. Yes, the facility is beautiful. We 100% would have moved in last August, but were completely turned off by the management. As mentioned in another review, we too had a distasteful experience with a leasing agent, Rose.
Dave told us she would give us a tour when we entered. Upon that moment, she didn't say hello, or speak throughout the duration of the tour. She offered zero information.
I emailed the office that we would like to view the apartment again, with the request of a different leasing agent who may be able to answer our questions regarding the apartment. I mentioned that our agent didn't speak to us, and that I'm sure we were missing valuable information. Objectively, hearing information about a potential new home is considered a reasonable request.
The response recieved was from the same unfriendly and unprofessional leasing agent, who didnt address any concern other than her own boasting of good service.

Hopefully our poor experience and her poorly written email is not an indicator of how Infinity Edgewater is managed.
