I am an out-of-state investor. Jason has been my property manager for more than half a year now and he is managing all my properties in Indianapolis.

My experience working with Jason has been absolutely amazing! I initially connected with him after a frustrating experience with another property manager. Indy Flippers property mang Jason Warner was very understanding when things came up. He always stayed on top of all my rental concerns and his customer service is impeccable!!! Any time I called or text I received an almost instant reply. I never had to repeat the same things. Jason helped me stay in my home based on my open communication with him. He stuck his neck out for me every time but I never let him down I always kept my word. He's a great property manager that gets the entire job done!!!!

From day one, I have had nothing but awesome things to say about my property manager, Jason Warner. To this day, I have never had an issue getting in contact with him; when I texted or called, he had either a reply or instant resolution. I had a problem with the house and I reached out to him, and before I could get comfortable coming in the house , he had someone out to look at the issue and it was fixed.
