Reasons for a 1 star review..
1. Being rented a property with unrepaired damages
2. Finding that the main duct work for HVAC system was severely damaged to the point it was ripped open
3. The wood for the house and foundation is seriously damaged
4. The inability of maintenance to swiftly take care of issues when brought to their attention.

Have to question if they even inspect the properties that they are managing. I am a current tenant and am extremely dissatisfied. It pains me to think that I have 8 months left on this lease...
