I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is a tenant at one of the properties with this company. My mother has had an extensive issue with specifically Colleen Harding, who is rude and unprofessional to work with. As my mom has tried extensively to get repairs done and they do not reply. Furthermore, Colleen Harding is someone I would not recommend working with and can recommend other Realtors.

Tenants stay away, they charge ridiculous fees for no reason. I can understand an small application fee but $95 just to consider you (make an offer) PLUS this doesn’t cover the HOA itself. Keep your clients away from these guys.

The most laughable thing they make mandatory *on top of your monthly rent* is a $55 monthly fee. This includes pointless things such as them changing your air filter every 90 days (if that). You can get 3 air filters for $15 dollars. Sprinkle in their assistance in helping you set up your utilities (as if you need that).

Steer far far away from these guys if you’re recommending clients. Their name Income Realty is just that. Making income for themselves with unnecessary charges.

As far as how they and their realtors do in regular residential Real Estate I am sure they are great.

However, their rental program is a joke.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I am so happy to have a property manager like Income Reality to trust and take care of our property like it is there own. My wife and I live over 2000 miles away from our property in Miami but It feels so good to know that even though we are not there to watch over it we can rest assured it's in good hands with Income Realty.
