The management company is generally reasonable but the maintenance employees (Andrew not included) are always so helpful & responsive. Manuel has been around to help since the IPA took over and Myren has been taking care of my maintenance requests over the last 6 months or so. Both are so nice and communicative. Myren has gone above and beyond to find solutions and it’s good to feel that you can trust the people coming into your home.

I’d like to give a shoutout to Myren! He recently serviced my apartment due to a garbage disposal issue I was having. He was prompt and personable, and updated me on EVERYTHING! He even went above and beyond to solving my issue, replacing and testing components, and all within a hour!! Hats off to this man, he’s a hard worker with ample knowledge on what he does !

The blinds covering the bedroom window near the cathedral ceiling fell down. I put in a request yesterday to have the blinds installed. This morning, November 11th at 11am, a technician named Myren came with a ladder and within 5 minutes installed the blinds.

After that, he asked me if there was anything else that needed to be fixed. Yes, the toilet chain sometimes gets stuck. Within 5 minutes, this problem was resolved.
After that, Myren fixed the kitchen drawer that wasn't working
and fixed the mosquito screen on the kitchen window.

Myron, you did an excellent job and also saved me from having to make 3 more maintenance requests.
