I would give this place more stars if there where more than 5. This place deserves the highest level of excellence. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I had a chance to visit family there and they gave me a tour. The pool area, game room, movie night, painting room, yoga room, library, work stations just to name a few things. I left so please just to know they were in beautiful place.

Nice place with awesome amenities! Pickle ball court. Beautiful decks. Very nice bars and lounges. Bathrooms are spotless. Just like a 5 star hotel.

My first review of my experience so far has all 5 Stars. Rachel is my leasing consultant and everything has gone smoothly including signing my lease with a fast approaching move-in date. The Resident Portal is easy to use and very convenient. The amenities are spotless and look exactly like their website photos. Every staff member has been friendly and helpful and I look forward to moving in.

Just to let you know New residence before you move in make sure they check your income I know everyones income is different and before you sign the lease I moved in 2023 I said 12 months and they wrote the lease for 14 months, normally is 12 months I moved out 7/11/24 And I got a bill for August I have an Attorney
They will take advantage of seniors. Honestly I think because they are desperate to fill all the units The building was built 2020 and that’s why they allowed big dogs No other adult communities allow big dogs they want small dogs and how many pounds and the breed. I was surprised when I saw this huge dog in the elevator. And Nicole made a huge mistake with my rent for 3 months they were taking out less than my normally rent and after that they called me that they had a Attorney to evict me for someone else’s mistake. The events are early the ones who are still working you will not enjoy none of them by the time you get ready it will be over You will never going to meet people and make friends Usually in adult communities the events starts 6-10 And the most important thing that ICON DO NOT HAVE INTERCOM I was very sick and dizzy last year on thanksgiving day and my son wanted to bring me food and he left it near that little sofa on the right when you come in the building he called me that he couldn’t come upstairs. I was so upset I wanted to see him So on holidays your loved ones cannot come upstairs. They will be waiting between the glass doors that is Unacceptable I should’ve add one star

I am not a tenant however expressed interest, and went in for a tour. Rachel was on duty, she did not take down our information, she was abrupt and did not give us the impression that she was interested in making a sale. The place is pretty empty. If I were the owners I would speak to the sales folks regarding technique, and customer service. If you do not believe me try sending someone in to do a secret shop to see how your sales person is representing your investment. In addition, There were dead bugs in the room and dirty carpets in the rooms we toured. Coffee maker was not working in common areas. Nothing is up and functioning related to decreased occupancy. If you want a $1000 community fee, 4 month payment penalty for potential breaking of lease. Water and sewer no based on usuals but dividing up based on community usage and a host of other fees such as valet trash pick up etc…you are going to have to step it up. PS per the above verbiage, yes I am an educated professional and yes you lost the sale. I would not say buyer beware however I will say proceed with caution and ask for another sales person that is a bit more knowledgeable and engaged.
