Amazing experience. Benjamin is a life saver. He is available pretty much anytime needed or prompt to call back. My tenant was found in a very timely manner and through thorough screening. Benjamin's help was so valuable especially since I am travelling a lot for work. On top of that, he will alleviate the weight of dealing with HOA and management company and will fight for your rights.
The online portal is easy to navigate, payments information and process are clear and without ambiguity.
Add to that a lower monthly commission than most of all other companies, and you have a company I could not recommend more.

Icon Realty, especially Benjamin, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Icon to rent out our home and they have been a pleasure to work with. We have been tenants for few months and really flabbergasted with the level of management. Very professional and extremely extremely fast response time with maintenance request. Everyone is included in loop from Icon to the service contractor(s). Service contractors (Southern Comfort Air, Della Rossa Plumbing and Pat) were all excellent, rapid follow up once maintenance ticket is issued, awesome work ethics and job well executed. Also great website where everything is easily accessible. I've lived and dealt with other property management before and no comparison. I rarely write reviews or promise to write but had to give the credit this time. Thank you Ben!!!
