I rent an office here, and I love it. The prices are reasonable, the location is great, and office management is great with communication. It came furnished as well, with desk, chairs, and internet. Hopefully, I can rent here for a long time. It's 10 min from my house, so makes my work life easier.

We hold at least 2 meetings a month here in their smaller conference rooms (8-10 people). Chris and Lisa are professional and very accommodating. The room and building are always clean, areas in and around the building are are well lit, and there is plenty of parking. We have had a couple of instances where the doors were not unlocked when we arrived, but we were able to get in contact with them and remedy the situation. All of this was done remotely! This site is perfect for organizations like ours that would not utilize a conference room often enough to warrant the high office rent in the area. I appreciate the service they provide and it is of great value to us!

This is the great place to own an office space. I love this place. Leasing team, Location and the price. Five Star.
I own a small staffing company. We moved to this location about 2 years back. I never had any issue with Landlords in the last 2 years. The premises is well kept, cleaned. No security issue any time what so ever. It is close to NJ Train Station. No issues for employees or clients to reach me. Rents are reasonable.
I have no issues to recommend the IBIS Plaza, for your rental needs.

Excellent 1st class facility run by Chris and his staff. All of the meeting rooms are spotless and in perfect order. Chris's staff is also happy to help out with special requests such as catering, etc for your event. You will get the attention to detail that major larger facilities frequently lack

As a tenant in the Ibis Plaza Office Suite, I see the prompt attention to detail that the management show toward keeping the place operating well. When there is an issue in a public restroom, one call resolve the issue quickly.
I've rented the conference room for a large meeting. With the kitchen, we have had dinner meetings at a much lower cost than eating out in a restaurant for the meeting.
The service at Ibis plaza continues to be top notch. They've added lunch van access to the property to improve dining options. Always prompt attention to any defect. Just (summer 2017) repaved the parking lot.

We have a remote office at Ibis Office Suites, and we are very satisfied with the office space. The building and grounds are very well maintained and clean. The office manager is always available and helpful. The conference rooms are easily accessible and available as needed. If you are looking for one office or multiple offices I highly recommend you look at Ibis Plaza.
