I had a great experience buying from these guys at Hyundai of Jasper. I’ve purchased vehicles many times from dealers across Jasper/Birmingham and I believe this was one of the best experiences with Terry, Nick and Steve. Terry gave me time to think about the purchase; I spent about a week going to the dealership having my buddy take a look and then test driving with my family, never did they make me feel pressured. Nick appraised my trade in quickly and didn’t hold my keys hostage like many dealers will, this was a green flag in my opinion. Nick was very transparent about their process and catered his process to my needs. Steve gave me a great deal on my interest rate, extended warranty and prepaid maintenance plan that actually checks out with mechanics in our area as reliable and good. All the guys advocated for me to get the best price on the car and a good amount on my trade; Steve went above and beyond to find out which company did the aftermarket remote start in case I need to get service on that feature. I think you can’t go wrong at least stopping by here and test driving some options; at the end of the day they never compromised what they say and you can feel confident they will try to do what’s right. I would highly recommend asking for Terry- he has years of sales experience and will not pressure you at all; he made us very comfortable buying from these guys!

I don't take surveys and I don't leave reviews, but that all changed today because of the exceptional service I received at Hyundai of Jasper!! A gentleman named DG helped me, as well as some of the service members. Even though I haven't personally bought a vehicle through your dealership before, I am definitely going to keep in contact with DG and refer all of my friends and/or coworkers to ask for him by name! If DG's level of service and care is any indication of how this establishment is run then this is where everyone needs to go! 5/5 stars!!!

Way for two hours to change one tire none there when car was done he parked it for 45 mins called up people that came after me till I said something he was rude hateful from the start didn’t want to mess with my tire cause it was a warranty job

Honestly went to buy a car and didn't feel like our sales rep really wanted to make the sale. Instead I went to Enterprise in Pelham Alabama and they gotten me taken care of with a much better deal!!!!
