This review is specifically for Barbara, the leasing manager. This woman has an absolutely disgusting attitude. She was very nice to us when we were touring an apartment but it was not genuine clearly. We went to the leasing office at 9:30AM on a SUNDAY when the HOURS ARE 8:30AM-5PM on their website to ask a simple yes/no question. We lightly knocked and waited and we were met with such a DISGUSTING attitude. (Also, the HG website, a paper on the leasing office door and the leasing office door all have 3 different hours for Sunday--so you should clarify your hours and correctly list them before taking out your rage on a customer). She rolled her eyes, aggressively got up from her desk right next to the door and yelled at us saying she “was not at work and cannot answer our question”, saying she does not understand why we are there asking a question (without even knowing how simple our question was) and yelled at us for not knowing we have to wait till 10AM, although that is not explicitly stated anywhere as HG lists 3 different times as stated above. It was truly disgusting and I have never received such a rude attitude. Her pleasant and nice attitude is all an act and if you contact the leasing office, I would avoid speaking to Barbara at all costs. Do not believe the nice reviews about her. I am sure we are going to get some diplomatic response in the Google review now denying what happened. AJH management would benefit from teaching Barbara some basic communication skills, because she clearly has zero.

WOW! Barbara, my Leasing Agent, has astounding customer service skills! She helped me with every single transaction and question from the very first contact and was so responsive. I am now fully moved in and very pleased with my apartment and the grounds. Due to some maintenance issues, I also had connections with Danny, Head of Maintenance and Steph, The Appliance Guy. Also both were extraordinarily responsive and helpful. This community is run like a ship with amazing people who care so much about making the tenants happy. Barbara, thank you so much for all that you did and continue to do! Your exemplary skills have not gone unnoticed. Thank you, also, Robin for answering all my questions on daily calls I made without a pause! What a Great Team!! 5 Stars - Would give 10 if I could!!

Hunters Glen is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. From the leasing staff, like Barbara Warren, the leasing specialist (incredibly helpful), maintenance and neighbors, there’s so much positivity felt when residing in the Hunters Glen community. The amenities are great! There are numerous pools, a club house with an attached gym and a huge park with its own amenities! I highly recommend Hunters Glen if you’re looking for a new apartment in the Plainsboro NJ area! It’s a great space for individuals and families!

The apartment itself might be a bit outdated (apartments in this area are all build in similar era), but the management team here no doubt provides the best services, special thanks to the Maintenance team: Robin and Joe, they always have my back when needed.

Very good response time. The guys Angelo & Stephan are excellent at their jobs. They are friendly, I wasn’t uncomfortable having them here. Very willing to answer questions. Cleaned up after the job was done. Let me check when the job was done, was very kind. Great work guys.

Regarding the refund from my deposit, I would like to share my comments. I resided at Hunters Glend during two periods, from 2015 to 2016 and again from 2022 to 2023(run by different companies). Prior to this moving out, I made sure to conduct a thorough cleaning of the apartment. I have attached some pictures for your reference, and based on them, I can confidently say that I cleaned the apartment to meet Japanese standards(You can find my move-out pics). Additionally, I took the initiative to paint a portion of the bathroom, even though it was not requested. It's worth noting that the bathroom paint used by the management tends to peel off easily after some time.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts, around $100 was still deducted from my refund. This property has a tendency to overlook the records of move-in inspections, and what's more, they do not provide any explanation as to why a portion of your refund has been withheld.

However, I would like to highlight the positive experiences I had with some of their colleagues. Elijah and their new manager, Roe, were extremely responsible and attentive to residents' requests. Without their exceptional service, my overall experience would have been much worse, and I would have given an even lower rating.

I must say , That’s really amazing , the order was specially placed as those weren’t in stock., and replacing with the ones that were fused. I appreciate all the hard work

Since a long time I had heating issues with my cooking stove and the “hot cooktop” light used to be ON even if I didn’t cook for hours.
The cooking time started to increase, no matter what I did. I changed couple of cooking pans/ pots but cooking time was even more higher than usual . I was going through this for couple of months . After trying hard, finally today the AJH maintenance personnel HUMBERTO and ANGELO HELPED ME FIX my issue by changing the internal coil for efficient heating and the sensor. Now the “ HOT COOKTOP” light doesn’t show up anymore. THANKYOU so much for doing that for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the spotless service Everytime 👍🏻

5) Hello , good afternoon

The day before Jan 1 , I was in the middle of baking and all of a sudden my oven light went off , so I called up the leasing office for an urgent support , ROBIN was on call and she had been very supportive.Instructed and guided me while I was baking and told me not to panic. Thank you Robin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. That means a lot to me . Since Jan 1 being holiday , today JOE , AJH maintenance personnel helped in replacing the light bulb and now my oven is so brightened up now. Thanks Joe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
