I recently called regarding an apartment and had a very unpleasant experience with the property manager. He was extremely rude and dismissive, which was quite surprising given that my questions were very basic and straightforward. I have contacted many places, and this was by far the worst experience. If this is how the property manager treats potential customers, I can only imagine how he treats current tenants.

Thank you so much! I really love it here. It is nice and quiet. I love our yard in the middle, with grass and trees. It reminds me of our yard at the house I grew up in. I really love my apartment here. It is so nice and homey. Nice large rooms with bright, white walls, and large closets. I love the little square windows, too. It is so nice and cozy here. I love the blinds that come with it, too. Not all apartments come with these nice blinds. I love the tree in front of my living room and bedroom, too! I love the nice, soft wall to wall carpet. I love my home sweet home! Thank you so very much again!

Giving 1 star because the property manager is not very nice. They want all the rent, security and application fee turned in with the application. You have to have renters insurance at the time too. Absolutely refused to fill out paperwork for rental assistance, saying they don't do that. I told him it's against the law to decline housing vouchers and I reported them

Quiet and peaceful when I have a maintenance problem it gets repaired quickly. I'm very happy in my new home and community. Thank you for this opportunity to let you know about my experiences living here. To add on, my home and the community I live in I can say I never have any stress or worries about anything. This is the best place I have ever lived. This is Lynn Peterson not Tony Latimer, Also there are time I have to go away for work and when I come back I always check my surroundings like my car, then my apartment and each time everything is where they are supposed to be. But, please if there is away possible to make the parking spaces just a little bit bigger so the car's are not on top of each other and brighten up the lines that would be great. Everything so far is wonderful, I'm going on one year being here and I'm very happy.
