Ive had the pleasure with working with Aiden while he finds the next tenet in my apartment! He is incredibly nice, very easy to work with and super accommodating (don’t always find all three in this industry) . If I was staying in this area I would totally reach out to him to help me find a place or in the future if I own in the neighborhood have him help me with my property. Hunter homes as a whole has been wonderful to work with too. They have been my property management company the past four years and anything I need help with or need fixed they make sure to have someone out the same day or next day. I 100% would recommend Hunter Homes for property management and if you can have Aiden work with your units I can assure you, you and your tenets won’t be disappointed!! I hope you choose Hunter Homes if you’re in the market for all things real estate and property management!

List of issues I’ve been following up for months and never heard back:
- broken washer on the second floor. Has been broken since last year and it’s still broken. Followed up on the maintenance status multiple times and never heard back. Washer is still broken
- mail theft. Never properly worked toward resolving it. USPS now holds mails at their office.
- individual unit management. I reached out to them about hiring them individually for the management of my unit. Never heard back.

I hope they stop ignoring my emails.

We have had many maintenance companies in the 16 years that I have owned my condo, non treated our home with the respect that Hunter Homes provides. Aiden is fantastic!!! Whenever there is an issue with our building, he responds quickly and resolves things. He was instrumental in helping with switching internet carriers, by setting up new provider, that will literally save tens of thousands of dollars over the coming years. He is extremely helpful, responsive and dedicated to helping you make your building safe and secure!!

Aiden, from Hunter Homes has been an excellent manager for our building. He key strengths are his willingness to make on-site visits and is persistence in seeing solutions to their complete end. He is a high-touch and hands-on manager. As an example, Aiden helped us solve a tricky problem with our elevator lighting. The elevator is old, and the replacement bulbs were very difficult to source. Aiden went on a CRUSADE to find replacement bulbs and actually found use MULTIPLE options of bulbs even down to the shade of light as well as the cost. Moreover, he actually replaced them himself because the 25 light sockets are very tricky to thread/screw in. I know there is a joke about "how many people does it take to screw in a lightbulb?" but this was truly a very nuanced problem that was expertly and professionally solved by Aiden. Bottom line: he dug in and saw this to the end. Excellent manager!!! -Mark

I would have given a lesser rating if I could. Hunter Homes managed our building for less than two years before we fired them. During that period, they managed to bring our reserves down from more than $50,000.00 to less than $5,000.00!!! Jason Hunter was trying to lead us into spending more than half-a-million on repairs. He conned the Board in spending money on expensive engineering report, architectural rendition and other wasteful expenses. Please stay away from this organization!!
