Ronda Hummel and I belong to an early morning group that meets once a week. Because of that I've had opportunity to listen to her describe her business, her industry, the current status of the real estate market, what can work and what won't, and her professional opinion of where we are really headed and how fast. Ronda is a book of knowledge. Not only does she know and educate you on real estate she also knows the construction aspect of adding on or remodeling. You don't find many agents that know both worlds. If you want an agent that adds value Ronda is your agent.
