This bike rental experience was the highlight of my trip! Called Sam for a super last minute request and not only did he accommodate, he went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. He talked to me about my cycling preferences and personally guided me to the start of a trail that was EVERYTHING I was looking for! 10 stars!!! My wife and I had a weekend trip to Eureka and wanted to rent e-bikes to explore the Avenue of Giants. We called Samuel about renting his bikes and he immediately began prepping two bikes for us! He was very cheerful and friendly, helping us figure out how to fit the bikes in our vehicle. The whole process was very smooth, and he even gave us recommendations for food around the area! If we are in the area again, we would definitely go to his business again.

Sam, Thank You for an incredible experience. Sam drove a long ways to bring us his e-bikes. Weeks before our trip I called Sam and he was guiding me with all his knowledge of Humbolt County and told me exactly where to go. We rode thru Ave of the Giants, Prarie Creek, Newton B Drury Scenic Parkway and allot of other great biking trails. Sam brought his e-bikes to us wherever we went and we had a blast. He is such a profesional at what he does. He brought us backpacks, tools, airpumps and chargers. Before every delivery he had the bikes charged, cleaned, finely tuned and ready to go. The experience was sureal biking thru the redwood forest it smelled like Christmas and the vibe from the rain forest is spiritualy uplifting. Did I mention one morning Sam even brought us fresh delicious Donuts, who does that! Sam thank you for guiding us and for giving us such a magical experience. Kudos my good friend!!!

If you want to enjoy the sites and sounds of McKinleyville and the nearby Redwood National Forest, then definitely reserve with Sam Dibble. He's the owner of Humboldt Bike and Kayak Rental. He kindly delivered the e-bikes to our airbnb and provided great input on our vacation plans during our week in McKinleyville.

Sam could part-time as a Redwood National Park travel agent/guide. He gave us several great restaurant recommendations. He takes great pride and care of his equipment. He is cool, personable, and super helpful. What more can I say than he makes renting bikes and kayaks a breeze while visiting McKinleyville and the surrounding area? I surprised my lady to a Christmas adventure that we absolutely loved! The owners of this business brought two Kayaks down to the mad River that they even helped us carry from the parking lot and made sure we launched safely! Aside from them being extremely kind, they were willing to come out on Christmas day and cater to our desire for adventure. I was ever so pleased by the kindness they showed us and just how open they were to renting us Kayaks on a day most businesses are closed. I highly recommend this business, and I look forward to renting from them again!

Sam was great to work with. He was flexible with are changes and made are experience in Humboldt county wonderful. We road along the Hammond Coastal trail and had a great time. Highly recommend.
